BeFree Project presents BeFree Life Class - "Vision Board Party" in Maple Heights

As the year is drawing close and in between all these festivities and holidays, some of us are mulling over the year ahead. Which naturally make us think about the bygone year. How was the year behind and did we meet our goals for the last year. Let’s see, we have checked and ticked all the goals for the year 2015, each and every one we achieved along with the corresponding finish date. The year is drawing close and we are now celebrating our achievements. Woo Hoo.

But wait! Is that really our story? Did we exactly finished all those nifty little goal setting things? Let’s all shake hands for being the part of the same crowd where majority of us didn't really meet the goals of the last year. But we wished we could. We all talk about setting goals and meeting them, but rarely do we do what it takes to make them happen.

If we all know that setting goals is easy, and the most effective way to attain the type of life we want then what’s stopping us in achieving them. The answer is simple: we don't do it out of :

Fear, the fear of change, fear of failure, fear of unknown. Fear of how it will change our future. Thus, we love to stay in the same cocoon.

It can also be out of Laziness. Goals require lot of energy, dedication and efforts. You need to set your recreation or the things your enjoy, aside and focus on one thing. Make changes and do things differently.

Not achieving goals can also come from the lack of clarity. Let’s face it many of us don’t really know who we really are and what we really want. How can we set our goals when we don’t know what is our destination and where we want to go.

You need to stop, take a few minutes and look over each of those obstacles. You need to break down some barriers before getting started. We can’t dwell on the past. It’s time for Game Set Match for the year 2016. In helping you achieve goals, join on  Saturday, December 12th between 3:00pm-6:00 pm for the BeFree Life Class “Vision Board Party.”

In this class we’ll talk about our goals for 2016 and create vision boards that align with what you want for your life.
